The HYDE Family have been aging fine Irish Whiskey for over twelve generations since 1640. The HYDE family pub at ‘Tinkers Cross’ just outside Bandon in West Cork was famous for the quality of its cask aged whiskey that it matured in a shed out the back of the HYDE family pub.
Our focus at HYDE is on the art of Wood Management and Cask Maturation to create exceptional, small-batch, hand-crafted Irish whiskey. We hand hand-select only the very finest oak casks from around the world to age our whiskey.
